• Deafoamer

A defoamer or an anti-foaming agent is a chemical additive that reduces and hinders the formation of foam in industrial process liquids. The most universal characteristic of any defoamer is the fact that it is surface active, but highly insoluble in water. A defoamer is normally used in industrial processes to increase speed and reduce other problems. Defoamers address problems with surface foam and entrained or entrapped air.

• Release agent, it is called Eralease for cast elastomer and water-based release agent for aluminium casting

• Silicon Wax/Primer

Primers improve the adhesive and cohesion strength. Beyond the excellent rubber-to-metal bond, primers provide for additional temporary corrosion prevention of the prepared steel surface, with low consumption and easy application. This type of primer is a liquid product, typically is painted onto a substrate and allowed to dry. There are 2 types of primer we have:

• ERABOND METAL CLEAR to glue PU with Metal
• PR1167 to glue PU with PU
